The restaurant Les Trois Marchands has been awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur, which recognizes the excellence of the best professionals in the traditional restaurant industry, valuing their skills and commitment to quality.
This title certifies that our cuisine is made on the spot with mostly fresh products. This attitude is perfectly in line with the environmental and sustainable development approach of our 4-star certification by promoting short circuits and products from organic farming.

The nature inspired Solognot style is found in every detail of the restaurant’s rooms: Dressers, tables, old tiles and the hunting trophies.
During the renovations of the hotel in 2013 , the hotel part became Relais des Trois Châteaux in reference to its location between Blois, Cheverny and Chambord; the restaurant has retained its name, originality and history.
During summer time, the terrace on the church square becomes a perfect observatory to enjoy the life of the village. In the heart of winter, the monumental fireplace gives a warm atmosphere to this place full of nostalgia where travelers used to stop for comfort and shelter.
LES TROIS MARCHANDS RESTAURANT
The white and red Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny wines, heirs of the plantations ordered by François 1er as well as the chenin-based wines characterize the wines of the Loire area.
This vineyard, classified AOC in 1993, covers an area of 532 hectares within 24 municipalities within the department of Loir-et-Cher. The white wines of Cheverny are made of Sauvignon blending with Arbois, Chardonnay or Pineau Blanc of the Loire.
A small part is vinified in sparkling wine. The red wines are made of Gamay with Pinot Noir. Cabernet Franc and Côt can represent up to 15% of the grape varieties. To these grapes Pineau d'Aunis is added for the production of rosés. White wines from the Romorantin grape variety benefit from the Cour-Cheverny appellation.

Backed by the church on the village square of Cour-Cheverny, the House was founded by the Bricault family in 1850, it retains the authenticity, charm and character that have made it a regional reference since.
During the 19th century this house welcomed travelers “on foot, bidet” as by car since its stables could shelter up to 100 horses. Thus it soon became one of most renowned hostels, Relais de Poste, between Blois and Romorantin.
